Come Run with the SABB Cross Country Team!!
Catholic Youth Organization Cross Country (CYO XC) is an opportunity for Elementary, Middle and High School students to participate in a cross-country season with the Archdiocese of Washington's Cross Country League. Details below!
Fall 2023 Regular Season Details:
Dates: August 14 – October 22
Ages: 8 & under (must at least be in 2nd grade); 9-18 (two-year age groups)
Events: 1 mile (8 & under) and 2-mile (9+)
Training: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:45-5:45pm with Time Trials on Sundays. Bates Middle School and Greenbury Point Conservation Area
Meets: League Meets on Sunday afternoons in September & October
Cost: $150 (includes uniform and race fees; need-based scholarships available)

Post-season training (November-December) is also available for athletes who aspire to compete at the USATF Regional and National meets!
