St. Andrew by the Bay Preschool has partnered with brightwheel, a comprehensive tool for classroom management, communication, photos, forms management, check-in and out, videos, online bill pay and much more.  Once you register your child you will receive an invitation via email or text to sign up for your free brightwheel account.  You will be able to see your child's profile, set up account preferences and add your payment information.

As with our previous tuition managment solution, brightwheel charges a small fee of $.90 for ACH payments and 2.9% for credit card payments.  This fee helps to offset the cost of the program.  Payments will be withdrawn automatically from whichever payment method you choose.  Payments directly to the school via check or cash incur no fee. Wherever possible, fees will be bundled to avoid multiple charges.
